Program description

Meditranz Dispatch Alerts is an operational text-message (SMS) program that sends work-related notifications — new trip assignments, send-back deadline reminders, and automated trip-fill confirmations — to Meditranz employees, dispatchers, and authorized staff who have provided their mobile number and agreed to participate.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on daily dispatch activity. You may receive several messages on a busy operating day and none on others.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan. Meditranz does not charge for these messages.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, text START at any time.

How to get help

For help or more information, text HELP to the number you receive messages from, or email support@meditranz.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
